Carolina Fleury

Carolina Fleury is the Finance Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Board at Scimar.

She oversees the company’s bookkeeping, banking, and financial records. She also helps manage communications and schedules for Scimar’s executives and Board of Directors.

Carolina holds a degree in Commerce and Languages and has extensive experience in administration, finance, executive support, human resources, and management. Over her career, she’s designed, outsourced, and delivered functional offices — from concept to opening — including at Scimar. She specializes in creating effective, collaborative, and people-first workplace cultures.

Prior to Scimar, Carolina worked with ATCO and the United Nations. Outside work, people remain a priority. She volunteers her time to help the unhoused, improve the literacy of others, and enrich the wellbeing of children. Never shying away from a challenge, Carolina once learned a martial art so she could teach the sport to children. She also taught Spanish in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Ontario.

Born and raised in Colombia, Carolina now lives in Canada. In her spare time, you might find her enjoying fine dining, travelling, and spending time with family.
