Karen Sanders
Executive Administrator (Laboratory)
Karen Sanders is the Executive Administrator for Scimar’s laboratory.
She supports the daily operations of staff. Among the first people that new hires at Scimar will meet, Karen supports staff from before they begin to each day afterward. She handles human resources, office management and logistics, and manages financial systems.
Karen brings over three decades of administrative experience to the company. She retired from the University of Manitoba in 2018, but Scimar was fortunate to bring her aboard shortly after.
After work, you’ll find her walking, reading, or spending time with her family.
